Service Agreement

By booking with Unwavering Travel, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include tour planning, guide services, accommodation arrangements, and 24/7 support during your journey.

Booking and Payment Terms

Bookings require a 25% deposit with full payment due 60 days before departure. Cancellations made 90+ days before departure receive full refunds minus processing fees. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to supplier penalties and non-refundable costs.

Travel Insurance and Liability

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all tours. Unwavering Travel maintains professional liability insurance but participants assume responsibility for personal risks inherent in adventure travel activities.

Health and Safety Requirements

Participants must disclose relevant health conditions and maintain adequate fitness levels for chosen activities. We reserve the right to exclude individuals whose participation might endanger themselves or others.

Force Majeure and Modifications

We may modify itineraries due to weather, political situations, natural disasters, or safety concerns. Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided when possible. Force majeure events may result in trip cancellation with refunds subject to recoverable costs.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, under Colorado state law. Participants waive rights to class action lawsuits.
